| Do we have more than one ResourceManager in a YARN based cluster?
Here our answer is Yes, Hadoop v2 allows us to have more than one ResourceManager. And you can have high availability YARN cluster where you can have two Resourcemanager that are:-
(1)Active ResourceManager
(2)Standby ResourceManager
And here ZooKeeper will handles the coordination. And here we can only have one active Resourcemanager at a time. If an active Resourcemanager fails, then the standby Resourcemanager comes to rescue this.
