Below are some common disadvantages of RESTful web services:-
(1)As we all knows RESTful service will work on idea of statelessness and it is not possible to maintain sessions.

Session simulation responsibility lies on the client-side to pass the session id
(2)REST does not impose security restrictions inherently and it will inherits the security measures of the protocols implementing it.
