Name the different database types we can use in Node.JS applications?
Below are the different types of database used in Node.JS application:-
(1)Relational Databases:-These types of database will used to store data in tables with schemas and relationships. And these types of databases are best for complex queries, analysis and transactions. And some example of relational databases are Oracle, MySQL and PostgreSQL etc.
(2)NoSQL Databases:-These types of database used to store data in different formats, just like as documents, key value pairs, columns or graphs. And these types of database are best for large and unstrcutured data, horizontal scaling and high availability. And some example of these databases are Neo4j, Cassandra, Redis and for MongoDB etc.
(3)RealTime Databases:-These type of database provide realtime synchronization and updates between the server and the clients. And these are best for relatime collaboration, interaction and communication. And some examples of realtime database are Firebase, Couchbase and RethinkDB etc. | |
