Can you mention some subquery restrictions in SQL Server?
Below are the some subquery restrictions in SQl Server:-
(1)We cannot specifiy the COMPUTE and INTO clauses in SQL Subquery.
(2)We cannot update the view created by using the subquery in SQL.
(3)When we say about the some restrictions we cannot use ntext, image and text data types in subqueries.
(4)We cannot use DISTINCT keyword with subqueries which include GROUP BY.
(5)If there is a column name in the WHERE clause of an outer query, then it should be join-compatible with the column in the subquery select list. | |
