Below is the query to print first letter in upper case and rest in lower case.
For this we apply query on Below table name is tblcrackyourinterview

1 ANil

SELECT UPPER(SUBSTRING(FirstName,1,1)) + LOWER(SUBSTRING(FirstName,2,LEN(FirstName)-1)) AS [FirstName] from tblcrackyourinterview
