What are the difference in between View and Partial View?
Below are the common difference in between View and Partial View:-

1LayoutWhen we say about the layout in view it has its own layout page.When we say about the layout the partial view does not have its own layout page.
2LightweightWhen we say about the view it is not lightweight as compare to Partial view.As the name suggested Partial View it is lightweight than view.
3Markup TagsWhen we say about view it can have markup tags of HTML just like HTML, Head, Body, Title, Meta etc.When we say about the markup in partial view it does not contains any markup.
4Page RenderedWhen we say about View Viewstart page is rendered just before rendering any view.When we say about the partial view it is designed particularly for rendering within the view.
