When we say about Retrieve Resources it is a activity which generates a WSDL file containing a concrete service (Concrete WSDL) description of any process definition which have a SOAP Event Source process starter. This will allows clients to access the WSDL for a web service. And client can then use the WSDL file to invoke the web service.
